COLOMBIA EL INDIO 50%
Under the leadership of Camilo Enciso Suarez, the reputation of ASOPEP for producing excellent coffee has grown by leaps and bounds since its establishment in 2013. Each member of the group receives extensive quality education and training leading to the consistently high-quality coffee we’ve come to expect.
This exquisite coffee is meticulously crafted, starting with a careful hand-picking process that selects only the ripest cherries. These cherries are then hand-sorted to ensure the removal of any defects, guaranteeing exceptional quality. Following this, the coffee undergoes a precise sun drying method on raised beds, under temperature-controlled conditions. This meticulous turning of cherries continues until the beans reach the perfect moisture content, ensuring optimal flavour development.
