The time has come to roll up the garage door and to welcome you into the Full Spectrum Roastery! I've been slowly but surely working on the fitout of the roastery for a number of months and I am stoked to have created a space that will see Full Spectrum through its early years.
BREWS:
Monday to Friday, 7am- 1pm, expect your usual coffee order, expertly prepared. The espresso bar will be serving all Full Spectrum espresso blends and single-origin filter coffees, along with occasional guest brews from other roasters. Hours subject to change as needed. Stay updated on Instagram and Google for the latest opening hours.
BEANS:
For those who brew coffee at home or in the office, you can pick up your favourite beans to elevate your home brewing experience. Expert advice will be available to assist with coffee selection and how to get the best brews without having to step into a cafe everyday.
PRODUCTION:
Alongside the dedicated coffee roasting plant, we will be developing new products here to serve to the convenience coffee market. We have a number of product currently in development and I am very much looking forward to their release. Follow us on all our social media channels to get first access to product testing.
