Buenavista Bloom is a 40 g micro-batch of freeze-dried single origin instant, made from a fresh roast of César Buesaquillo's naturally processed Pink Bourbon lot — a rare varietal we don't get to work with often.

40 g is the equivalent of 280g of beans, brewed to espresso strength and freeze-dried, no equipment required.

This is a small lot from one producer, processed and packed in limited numbers. Once the 40 jars are gone, this particular coffee won't be back.
